What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For wire transfers call for bank routing number and account number. Add $61.00 for wire transfers. That is the fee the bank charges us to process the transaction. NO COD's

International orders: Payment by credit card is preferred (name and expiration date needed). For wire transfers add $61.00.This is the fee our bank charges us for processing. There is also a $10.00 fee to process the customs form. Please note we abide by the UCC laws of the United States.

Industrial Orders: With an established NET 30 account using purchase orders. Please fax orders to 978-433-9048. We will return an acknowledgement.
Customers are required to prepay by credit card, check or wire transfer. To establish a N30 account please send the following: Three credit references, taxpayer ID number and state level resale certificate if applicable. Please note that we may have to charge sales tax if we do not have a resale certificate on file. This is due to the fact that we have manufacturing reps throughout the US, which technically gives us a “presence” in the applicable state according to the parlance of the Department of Revenue.
Lead Times: In general, industrial based orders need two to three weeks lead time before shipping from our manufacturing facility. Product falling into this category are candlewick, wet bulb and fluid wick to name a few.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact us before returning an item, for return instructions. All product returns are charged a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of the actual product purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do our best to provide accurate data on all of our products. However, if a typographical error does arise Pepperell Braiding Company reserves the right to cancel the order and / or at our discretion refund the appropriate amount of compensation related to the volume of product involved. Refunds will not exceed the value of the product involved.

How do you ship your orders?
Pepperell Braiding Company will ship via UPS Ground Services. We are fully equipped with weight scales and active terminals in-house to process your order. Special shipping such as "Next Day" or "FedEx" is at the discretion of Pepperell Braiding Company and is based on available personnel at the time of the order. For expidited shipping, please contact us for the best shipping method.

How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided only if an email address is included with the order. The tracking number will be emailed at the moment the barcode label is generated for shipping.Please allow up to one to two weeks for shipments to leave the factory.

Why am I being charged for sales tax?
We have to charge sales tax unless we have a resale certificate on file because we have a presence throughout the US by way of manufacturing representatives and distributors. We are obligated by law to charge sales tax to all customers who do not have a state resale certificate on file. If you are tax exept, you may fax a copy of the certificate to 978-433-9048 (Attn: Wick Store.)
The states we charge sales tax are as follows: CA, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, and WA.

Why am I being charged for samples?
Due to the cost involved with cutting, packaging and shipping, we are charging a fee for the materials in order to defray some of the costs involved.
